Wall Colmonoy Ltd  Wall Colmonoy Ltd (WCL) is a world-leading company with its European Headquarters located in Swansea in UK. and a processing facility sited in Paris, France.
  
At its Swansea site, the company manufactures Nickel-based braze filler metal powders which are available worldwide under the Nicrobraz ® brand.  These filler metals and associated brazing aids are internationally recognised and have become a standard within many sectors of industry.   Forty years of on-site experience allows WCL to develop bespoke vacuum brazing techniques and customer solutions for OEM applications and repair. 

In addition, the Swansea facility operates a number of vacuum furnaces which range in size from 0.5m to 2.1m in diameter and up to 2.8m in length.  The furnaces feature the latest Eurotherm furnace control technology and are used for vacuum furnace brazing and a range of heat treatment applications.

The processing operation at Wall Colmonoy Ltd is NADCAP approved for vacuum heat treatment and vacuum brazing.  Complimentary processes such as fluoride cleaning and hydrogen cleaning are also available on-site to enhance our brazing/processing capabilities.  All WCL operations are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

Wall Colmonoy Technology (WCT) is located in Paris and together with WCL forms Wall Colmonoy’s European group.  WCT provides a thermal spraying capability which compliments the facilities at WCL.  It offers High Velocity Oxy Fuel (HVOF) and Atmosphere Plasma Spraying (APS) processes which are used to enhance wear and corrosion properties in a range of applications. WCT also offers the REVETOX coating system which provides an exceptionally wear resistant, low friction coating which is suitable for many advanced applications, such as aerospace.

Wall Colmonoy Ltd and Wall Colmonoy Technologies are both part of The Wall Colmonoy Corporation’s Processing Group which also has additional extensive facilities in the USA.  The Processing Group’s sites in the USA are located in Dayton, Ohio, Oklahoma City and Cincinnatti and together with the facilities in Europe, offer a unique services in prototype development, engineering, specialised fabrication, overhaul, brazing and heat treating of stainless and superalloy components.
