Financial & Business Services

Welcome to the Wales Financial & Business Services eNewsletter

The Welsh Assembly Government is committed to developing the Financial & Business Services sectors in Wales - by creating a stable and welcoming economic environment and through innovative business and financial support. Lower operating costs, efficiency gains and access to the right people and skills are fundamental to driving success in today's market.

Organisations like Barclaycard, Virgin Atlantic, Conduit and Giles Insurance show their confidence in the business environment by choosing to invest in job creation in Wales. Admiral Insurance passes a business milestone - in addition achieving record profits and paying record dividends. We also recognise the technological achievements of Payswyft and Peterevans in e-Payments and e-Transactions.
